What Our Breathwork Offer

Self Healing Collective are interested in sharing tools that help you master your physical, emotional and spiritual life in such a way that you are empowered for life.

One of our favorite tools for self-healing and personal development is breathwork.

Breathwork is a term that encompasses various practices involving the conscious control and manipulation of breathing patterns to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. These practices are often used for relaxation, stress reduction, emotional processing, and spiritual growth. There are many different forms of breathwork, each with its own techniques and purposes.

We are trained facilitators in different styles and modalities of breathwork including; Shamanic Breathwork, Holotropic breathwork, Wim Hof and Tetrabreath for healing and awakening. In our online breathwork sessions we will offer Shamanic Breathwork to ensure a safe and supportive online container for our participants.

In our Shamanic Breathwork sessions we will vocally guide you through the journey, while you hold a conscious connected breathing pattern through three rounds, with breath holds in between each round. Every session last between 1-2 hr. You will feel held and guided throughout the whole journey.

Shamanic Breathwork offers a unique opportunity to explore the depths of your consciousness, release emotional blockages, and tap into your inner wellspring of strength and clarity, mixing different approaches, tools and techniques making it one of a kind. You will be exploring shamanism, energy healing, sound healing and the power of the Breath

Shamanic Breathwork helps you connect to your body, mind, energy and soul while in control of the session.

A seasoned spiritual practitioner with a rich heritage from the Ivory Coast of West Africa. 


Known for her playful, curious, and kindhearted nature, Christine is the founder of this beautiful online community, Self-Healing Collective.

Everyday Situations

  • Health Conditions: Those with severe respiratory, cardiovascular issues, or a history of severe mental illness should consult a healthcare provider or trained practitioner before starting breathwork.

You CANNOT participate if you:

  • Have had any open surgery lately.
  • Have any heart issues or high bloodpressure.
  • Are on heavy medications.
  • Have had any psychosis lately.
  • Are diagnosed with schizophrenia, manic depression, or any personality disorders.
  • Are pregnant.
  • You are also not allowed to be under the influence of any drugs during our breathwork sessions. Breathwork can help for drug addiction recovery, however, to participate you must have stayed sober for at least 2 weeks prior.


We offer our breathwork sessions on donation.

You choose what you wish to give back to us. This is to ensure that healing is accessible to everyone no matter the life situation and economic status.

Those that cannot spare any money, but need healing do not have to pay anything. No judgement. However we believe in the power of reciprocity, in return of receiving our services for free, we ask you to pay forward an act of kindness to someone else who needs it. This also includes taking care of the natural world surrounding you. Help an animal or pick some garbage.

What you need to participate is:

  • A place where you feel safe for 1-2 hours.
  • A phone/computer and headphones.

Once you sign up to one of our breathwork sessions you till receive an welcome email with more information on how to prepere yourself for a session.
